An ornate, openwork plaque with letters, accented by a filigree link chain stationed with fresh water pearls and finished with baroque pearl drop, pendant measures 1 3/4 inches long, fashioned in 18k yellow gold (tested) with 10k yellow gold clasp. Circa 1880. Length 16 inches.
