This is a really beautiful pair of original tassle hanging earrings. Crafted from a buttery 9ct gold, these wonderful earrings have ornate decoration, the likes of which is no longer seen today. Magnificent chasing adorns the 'hats' covering the tassles, and the decoration continues up to the sweet spacers between the hook and ball. All this wonderful detail gives some really great texture to this pair and allows the light to catch each earring as its swings gently in your ear.

These unique tassle earrings are not hallmarked, but have been tested for 9ct Gold. Based on their design and the intracate detailing, I would date them to the Edwardian era.

The earrings hang well from the ears and they measures approximately 4.5cm long. They weigh a healthy 6.89g collectively.
